Our history
JSC is a locally owned and operated company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. Founded in 2005 by Husband and Wife Team Joe & Savannah Collleti, JSC has grown to be recognized as one of the industry leaders in Landscaping and Maintenance Service in the Douglas County area.

JSC Property Maintenance specializes in Landscaping and Commercial Landscape Maintenance Services. We are proud to offer affordable quality Landscaping to both Residential and Commercial customers as well as All Inclusive Maintenance Packages for Large scale Properties and Associations.
